With the ever increasing cost of living everywhere. Kuching is not exempted, comparing Kuching now and Kuching then, I find life in Kuching is more hectic now than Kuching was few years back. Kuching is just like KL now- fast-paced lifestyle and the heavy traffic everywhere.

With the high cost of living in Kuching nowadays, I couldn't refuse when I was offered a part-time teaching job with a good pay from one of the well established tuition schools. That could do great help to supplement my income considering living in this fast-paced lifestyle in Kuching.
The greatest joys of teaching is the difference we are allowed to make in the lives of the students. It makes me want to look forward to teach every weekend (that's more a life for me on the weekends) and perhaps, I will consider teaching full-time next year :)
