The building in between the Hilton and the Hasil, that's the 300 millions in ringgit Malaysia's new Dewan Undangan Negeri Sarawak or Sarawak State Assembly Building still under construction. It is among the largest single building in Kuching and one of the most iconic and not mentioning unique in Malaysia once completed btw expected to be completed by 2009.

In fact, it is the tallest building, all to the spire height, in Sarawak. Commanding 114m tall if I am not mistaken from the sources I ever read. Located at the no.1 eyes catching site, which is just right opposite the Riverfront walkway near the heart of Kuching city.
