New Extension Room

The new extension is now finished giving us a new additional room downstairs slightly bigger than the other normal bedrooms in the house. And bigger space for study and a computer room.

Look! Rambo is a 5 month old pure Alsatian or German shepherd dog (curious look) looking through the window.

The broad side porch converted into a room and furnished with wood flooring. If I am not mistaken it's some kind of wood which guaranteed for a period of up to 15 years against faulty workmanship, repair or replacement and most importantly it's Anti-Scratch Flooring.

Meaning it's got to be really very good wood flooring that the manufacturer is willing to take a risk of 15 years guarantee against faulty and scratches!

The little darling (nephew) with his dinosaurs at the new room.

The cost, RM8 per square foot installed, not too bad considering the materials and 15 years guarantee. The total cost run about RM1,7++

I can just imagine the little dinosaur boy dragging roughly his toy dinosaurs on guaranteed anti-scratch floor. I can believe, we dragged a chair across the new floor and it proved no scratches so far.

Dinosaur!
Can you spot the kitchen ventilation duct near the window? The room, expectantly without air-con and due to the porch roof, the afternoon heat could, make the room stuffy.
