I cooked a pot of chicken curry for dinner the night before with some leftover left in the fridge, remembering that when my stomach started growling at almost lunch the next day had me thinking about having chicken curry with hot steamed fragrant rice through the day. I can't wait to be home, take out the leftover and heat it up... Guess, who joined me gobbled up the bowl of leftover chicken curry?
Non other, my nephew in his Mr. Bean print pajamas. He picked up loving spicy food even birdseye chili with dark soy sauce from me :)

Yesterday's solar eclipse plunged parts of Southeast Asia in total darkness for what was also referred to as the longest total solar eclipse of the 21st century that lasted 6 minutes. We didn't get to view the solar eclipse spectacular natural phenomenon here in Sibu although I woke up in the morning and spotted a partial sun covered by thick haze as early as 7.45am.
