First day of school starts today. Traffic congestion at around most congested areas back to normal again.
Not like as usual I've been trying not to drive out too early in the morning to avoid traffic, today I was feeling excited to have been participated in back to school's excitement just by looking at the children filling the left empty classrooms and an abandoned playground during the long year end school break that little makes me feel, alive again.
The first day of school saw parents accompanying their children to kindy at the kindergarten nearby our area where cars lined up the side of the road as far as 200m away leading to the kindergarten, traffic was made to crawl with cars beeping sound that seems to bother no one. So it is, life moves on...
As we move into the new year. We give ourselves a good look, a better perspective of what is to come. We celebrated with a toast and a thanksgiving and give ourselves a treat.
Our first few trips treat to cafe cafe in 2008, we were led to the dining hall on the ground floor, it has a well cozy ambiance with simplistic designs that created a pleasant charm as we were seated in the dining hall of the restaurant with soft tunes soothing.
Our new year's return visit to cafe cafe had us seated on the 1st floor of the restaurant for the first time, which is as well has got a fine dining hall for any kind of celebration and feasting or just a dine for a change.
Located on the front site where the first few old shophouse are (opposite the Sibu wharf) and like of those old shophouse in Kuching bazaar, cafe cafe has the Chinese shophouse architecture, renovated and made to look classic style dining house. At cafe cafe, meals come in heavy Chinese dinnerwares.
